American Friends of the Singaporean Military and Police (also known as "AFSMP" for short) is a fictional organization that Kahm used to illustrate a point to Victor Lopez, a left-com LvR member he frequently debated with. In this scenario, Kahm proposed the front group as a way to prevent anarcho-communists such as Lopez from trying to violate Singaporean sovereignty (what he described as "invading") by trying to get food or other supplies past a hypothetical Singaporean government imposed blockade, or to prevent anarchists from going overseas to fight on behalf of Singaporean communists.
